Steps taken by Lokrakshak Recruitment Board to conduct transparent and fair recruitment:
- Adequate measures are taken by the Recruitment Board to make the recruitment process completely transparent and free from any malpractice and in an impartial manner. The details of which are as follows.
- R.F.I.D. will be used for physical examination.
- CCTV Camera will be installed in the run for physical test. So no one can take a short cut in running. CCTV cameras will also be installed in the physical measurement test so that there is no scope for malpractice.
- Biometrics and photographs of the candidates who qualify the physical test and physical measurement test will be taken based on which biometrics and photograph verification will be done in the subsequent examinations.
- After the physical test, the written test will be conducted.
- For the written examination only examination centers having CCTV Camera facility will be fixed at City/District level.
- Strong rooms will be constructed for the security of the written examination materials, CCTV cameras will be working continuously for 24 hours on the strong rooms.
- Generally, the question papers in the competitive examination are issued in four series namely A, B, C, D, but in the written examination of Lok Rakshak recruitment, it will be issued in 30 (thirty) series which will be given to the total 30 candidates in each category to avoid malpractice. There will be no space.
